Audi Capital (KSA) Sell Side Adviser in Major Transaction between Al Jammaz Group and The Carlyle Group.
 
Audi Capital (KSA) announced that it was the exclusive sell side adviser for Al Jammaz Group in a transaction involving the sale of 42.2% stake in Alamar Foods – the master franchisee for Domino’s Pizza in the MENA and Pakistan, and Wendy’s in the MENA (excluding Saudi Arabia) – to The Carlyle Group. The deal was closed on Wednesday, December 14, 2011.

On this occasion, Mr. Abdallah Saade, CEO of Audi Capital (KSA), said: “Audi Capital is proud to have assisted Al Jammaz Group, a leading Saudi multidiscipline group, to realize the pillar of its corporate strategy, by implementing a solid partnership with a global private equity house.
