A new milestone in the banking industry across the Middle East has been revealed at City Mall, Dora, Lebanon. As a pioneer in innovation - one of the Bank’s core values - Bank Audi launched Novo, the first smart kiosk in the region that provides our customers and non-customers with an all-new interactive banking experience.
     
 
What is Novo?
Novo is a new world created by Bank Audi that puts visitors fully in control. It enables them to navigate in a seamless manner and discover solutions tailored to their personal banking needs, thanks to a cutting-edge technology and a user-friendly interface.

Novo visitors can browse through our products and services and apply for these on the spot. They are also able to execute their banking requirements, while having the option whenever it is needed to talk to a Bank Audi staff member via video conference.  
 
Discover Novo
The Novo architecture is perfectly designed in a shell shape that reflects a futuristic approach and an interactive modern-looking space. Its white color offers a relaxing atmosphere. The kiosk consists of two interactive information stations, two latest generation ATMs and an interactive room ensuring confidentiality when needed in information exchange.

Novo allows visitors to:
• Easily obtain information on Bank Audi’s products and services
• Compare products and ultimately apply for the most suitable solution on the spot
• Experience two latest generation ATMs enabling visitors to deposit money and cheques, in addition to all the facilities provided by our regular ATMs
• Seek help or support from a well-trained Bank Audi staff member through the video conferencing facility
 
 
Novo Technology
The backbone of the Novo application is built around complex interactions between visual dynamic controls and database. The design patterns used along with the hardware and software caching and sending mechanisms will allow our visitors to enjoy a multi-touch interface. We have utilized advanced tools to introduce the ultimate digital banking experience that relies on seamless interactions, video conferencing and media components. Data is synchronized and protected through our algorithms.  
 
Where is Novo?
The first Novo is set up at City Mall’s 1st floor – Dora (Lebanon). The kiosk operates during the mall opening hours.  
 
Future of Novo
Bank Audi plans to deploy the Novo concept and its variations across Lebanon and the Group entities in the coming months.
